Dyana Raskin Aesthetics (“Dyana Raskin Aesthetics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website www.dyanaraskin.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected online through the Site. It does not cover information you give us in person at our office, which we handle under our patient intake forms and consents.
By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, and the message you write.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Online booking: when you book through our scheduling provider, Boulevard, you provide your name, contact details, the service you choose, your appointment time, and payment details. Boulevard collects this information on our behalf.
- Financing: if you apply for a payment plan through Cherry, Cherry collects the information it needs to process your application under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to confirm your plan.
- Communications: information you share when you call, text, or email us.
Please do not send medical history, photos of treatment areas, or other health details through our contact form or by email. We will discuss those privately during your consultation.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system, and screen size;
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, such as city or region;
- the pages you view, the links you click, how long you stay, and the site that referred you;
- the date and time of your visit; and
- information stored in cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
Information from third parties
We may receive information from advertising and analytics partners (for example, which ad brought you to the Site), from social media platforms when you interact with our pages, and from our booking and financing providers.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your questions and schedule appointments;
- send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service messages;
- send our newsletter and promotional offers if you opted in;
- process payments and payment plans;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site, including detecting fraud, spam, and unauthorized access;
- understand how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our advertising;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
- fulfill any other purpose we describe when we collect the information, with your consent where required.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run our practice and the Site, under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us. These include Boulevard (online booking and payments); Cherry (patient financing); Kit, formerly ConvertKit (email newsletter); Gravity Forms (website forms); Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection); Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads (analytics and advertising measurement); Meta (advertising measurement); Bluehost (website hosting); Wordfence, Sucuri, and WP Defender (website security); and the marketing agencies that manage our website and advertising.
- Embedded content providers, such as Instagram, whose content appears on the Site and may collect information under their own policies when it loads.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our practice, or others.
- A successor business, if our practice is sold, merged, or reorganized, in which case information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.
5. Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may send appointment-related text messages. We will send marketing text messages only if you separately opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text message opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which advertising brings visitors to us.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Advertising tags from Google and Meta measure whether our ads lead to visits or bookings and may be used to show you our ads on other websites and apps. You can manage Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com and Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at https://optout.aboutads.info and https://optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site works.
- Our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
7. Your Choices
- Marketing emails: click “unsubscribe” in any email or contact us.
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us what personal information we hold about you from the Site, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at dr@dyanaraskin.com or (718) 255-6025. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we must retain by law, including medical records.
- State privacy rights: if you live in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, contact us and we will honor those rights as that state’s law requires.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information collected through the Site only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements, and resolve disputes. We keep medical records for as long as New York law requires. We retain website analytics data for 14 months.
9. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, security monitoring, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your private information, we will notify you as required by New York’s data breach notification law.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. We do not provide services to anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to Other Websites
The Site links to websites and services we do not control, including Boulevard, Cherry, skincare brand stores, and social media platforms. Their own privacy policies govern their practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will provide more prominent notice where required.
